A leading FMCG is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Accountant.The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial principles, a proven track record in financial management, and proficiency in SAP.

Salary:

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  • Manage the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
  • Conduct financial analysis and reporting to support decision-making.
  • Prepare budgets and forecasts.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations.
  • Manage and maintain the general ledger.
  • Coordinate with external auditors.
  • Utilize SAP to perform various financial tasks.

Key Skills:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial accounting, preferably in the FMCG industry.
  • Strong understanding of SAP and other financial software.
  • Advanced knowledge of accounting principles and standards (e.g., IFRS, GAAP).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Professional accounting qualification (e.g., CA, ACCA, CIMA) preferred.
