Your key responsibilities
*The role requires daily physical presence at the EY office.
We are seeking a Junior Admin Assistant to join our team in supporting the day-to-day business activities. The ideal candidate should have some administrative experience, excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, a positive attitude.
- Drafting and proof-reading correspondence (in and out)
- Scheduling appointments and meetings, follow up on responses and attendance
- Scheduling and booking travel arrangements and itineraries
- Editing and formatting documents and presentations
- Maintaining and organizing files and records
- Processing and tracking purchase requests, invoices and submit expenses
- Ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory
- Conducting research and preparing reports on request
- Providing support as needed, such as preparing meetings requirements, follow-up on tasks (venue, logistics, set-up, etc)
- Provide additional assistance in various administrative tasks as required, including ad-hoc projects

To qualify for the role, you must have
- Bachelor’s or associate degree in business administration or related field preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Relevant administrative experience
