AR & AP Accountant - (6 months secondment)

Accounts Receivable tasks

Invoicing
- Manage Self-billing process by customer
- Create manual invoices
- Inventory + claims management
Follow up aging lists
Prepare monthly closing documents/reports
Manage IC accounts statements overview, reconciliation and balances
Manage open items on GL accounts
Support AR process improvements

You will also be the back-up for some responsibilities of the AP accountant.

Accounts Payable tasks

Invoicing
- Sort, code and match invoices
- Review invoices for appropriate documentation and approval
- Prioritize and process invoices according to compliance with procedures
- Reconcile vendor statements, research and correct discrepancies
- Assist in month end closing
Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices
Assist with other projects as needed
Assist with monthly reports
Provide supporting documentation to auditors
