Who we are looking for:
We are looking for the Derivatives Operations Associate 1 position which is within Asia Pacific Global processing delivery (GPD) business unit located in Hangzhou. We are the team that dealing with the OTC Derivatives trade and cash happened in the market, to reconcile and settle into accounting system, investigate the exception with a resolution, to help our clients to make better investment choices and act on growth opportunities.
What you will be responsible for:
As Derivatives Operations Associate 1, you will
- Ensure the accuracy of OTC derivatives trade data delivery. Able to pay attention to details and a focus on OTC Middle Office service such as trade capture, trade processing, cash management and reconciliation;
- Demonstrate ability to resolve queries and can collaborate well with different functions and clients by using both English and Chinese;
- Ability to work well in a fast paced, high volume atmosphere;
- Fast learner with good learning ability and willing to learn OTC derivative product knowledge;
- Good team player – strong cooperation spirit, can support team and teammates to complete daily work;
- Good at time management to ensure daily tasks could be able to delivery out within SLA while maintaining 100% accuracy with attention to details.

Education & Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree or above.
- Major in Finance or accounting is preferred.
- Experience in financial services or a middle-office operations environment is preferred.
- Average 20 hours over time working per month is acceptable
- English written/oral abilities preferred
- Working on Chinese public holiday is acceptable
