As our Finance Analyst, you'll be at the heart of our financial operations, gradually taking on more responsibility as you grow with us. Your role will evolve from initial focus on transactional processing to broader financial management and business partnering.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing day-to-day finance operations, including invoicing, bank payments, and fixed asset management.
  • Maintaining the general ledger and ensuring accurate financial records.
  • Conducting monthly balance sheet reconciliations and addressing variances.
  • Contributing to month-end closing processes, including analytical reviews.
  • Partnering with stakeholders to provide financial insights and support business strategy.
  • Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency.
  • Handling data in compliance with our data protection policy.
  • Supporting the finance team and wider business as needed.


  • Be AAT qualified or have 1-2 years of industry experience with aspirations to pursue further accountancy qualifications (ACA/ACCA).
  • Have higher education at A-Level or Degree Level, preferably in finance or business.
