An established insurer is looking for a junior candidate to join the product compliance team.

A top-tier insurer is looking for a candidate with 4-5 years of experience in the insurance industry with sound knowledge of regulations to join the product compliance team.

Your new role

• Review and analyse insurance products to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  
• Collaborate with product development teams to integrate compliance requirements into product design and implementation.
  
• Conduct compliance assessments and audits, providing recommendations for improvement.
  
• Stay updated on changes in insurance regulations and industry standards, advising stakeholders accordingly.
  
• Prepare and maintain compliance documentation and reports.
  
• Train and support staff on compliance-related matters and best practices.
  
• Liaise with regulatory bodies and participate in compliance-related meetings as needed.
  

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Law, or a related field.
  
• Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in a compliance related role within the insurance industry.
  
• Strong knowledge of insurance products and regulatory frameworks.
  
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Proficient in compliance software and Microsoft Office Suite.
