Description

• Manage and oversee daily operations of the accounting & finance department.
• Monitor and analyse accounting data and produce financial reports.
• Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions.
• Participate in budget and financial forecasting and report variances.
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles and company procedures.
• Collaborate with other team members to support overall department goals and objectives.
• Support month-end and year-end close process.
• Assist with preparation of the budget and financial forecasts.

Profile

A successful 'Management Accountant' should have:

• A degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Professional accounting qualification such as CIMA or ACCA.
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial sector.
• Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws, and regulations.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
