Work you’ll do
- Liaise with Deloitte teams across Asia Pacific to coordinate delivery of services in the countries where clients operate.
- Maintain central oversight of clients’ compliance obligations and Deloitte deliverables.
- Regularly check compliance status with Deloitte delivery teams and request clarifications where needed.
- Be a central point of contact for clients and Deloitte delivery teams.
- Escalate potential issues, delays and risks of non-compliance.
- Prepare status report and other deliverables for clients.
- Be involved in client calls and client facing activities with your Manager.
- Assist with the deployment of our proprietary tax technology platform and onboarding of clients.
- Communicate protocols and processes agreed with clients and ensure those are followed by Deloitte team

Requirements
- Experience in a tax/accounting/compliance environment or finance transformation/project management.
- At least 1- 3 years of experience for Senior Associate.
- Highly professional, taking ownership and responsibility for work with a focus on providing excellent client service.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, communications are precise, clear and understood by recipients.
- Ability to multi-task, organize your own work and prioritize appropriately to meet deadlines and client expectations.
- Takes a proactive approach to ensure successful outcomes
