Description
- Maintain and update internal control procedures in alignment with corporate financial regulations.
- Collaborate with internal and external tax advisors to structure deals effectively and ensure compliance with government and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors to ensure a robust internal control environment and facilitate a smooth audit process.
- Work closely with the group legal department and external legal consultants to ensure the legality and compliance of all commercial agreements.
- Partner with the group treasury department to establish and update insurance plans, ensuring comprehensive coverage of the company's key assets.
- Ensure financial operations are consistent with group financial and reporting standards and regulatory guidelines.
- Advise and collaborate with department managers on various business operations, including asset and capital management.
- Plan and forecast sales, independently analyze potential areas for optimization, and work with management and departments to develop and implement solutions.
- Monitor financial performance by measuring results, analyzing variances, initiating corrective actions, and minimizing the impact of deviations.
- Report on financial status by developing forecasts, reporting results, analyzing variances, and proposing improvements.
- Achieve the finance and organizational objectives by completing related tasks as required.
- Take ultimate responsibility for the accuracy, timely preparation, and delivery of all financial statements and reports.
- Foster strong relationships between internal teams and external service providers to ensure compliance with audit, tax, transfer pricing, statutory reporting, and other regulatory requirements.
Profile
- University or master's degree in accounting or finance related
- Familiar with Excel analysis and able to formulate the analysis precise and bring them to the point.
- Worked in multinational companies and effectively communicated and collaborated within a matrix organization.
- SAP experience
- Good command of spoken and written English.
