Private Capital Liabilities Specialist with French
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting, finance or securities services, or property sector
- Great working knowledge of French and English is essential (min C1)
- Good Knowledge of Private Equity and Real Estate fund specificities will be considered as an advantage

Responsibilities:
- Processing of distributions and other payment related tasks for French PE&RE funds in compliance with internal procedures
- Processing subscriptions, redemptions, successions and other movements on shares for French PE&RE funds in compliance with internal procedures
- Management of personal and team email boxes
- Management of cash reconciliations on several accounts and keeping track of fees
- Preparing reports for internal and external parties
- Maintaining communication and relations with all counterparties (internal and external)
- Participating in internal reporting activities to measure the quality of operations (KPIs)
- Active participation in the evolution of the department
- Identifying risks in a timely and efficient manner to ensure the best chance of mitigating them
- Contributing to the completion and maintenance of procedures and SLA
- Being main point of contact for various clients
