How you will Make an Impact
As part of the Tax BPS team you will be responsible for outsourced payroll compliance services. You will be working in a client-facing role, working within a team of accounting, payroll and tax professionals
Your main tasks will include but are not limited to the following:
- Processing monthly payroll compliance for a portfolio of clients including the preparation of monthly payroll reports and monthly payslips;
- Preparation of monthly and annual FSS compliance requirements.
- Processing employee commencement and termination forms with local Authorities.
- Ensuring accuracy and compliance with local payroll requirements.
- Liaising with internal tax professionals on payroll advisory matters.

Your Specialized skills:
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office tools, particularly Excel.
- Knowledge of Payroll Systems (experience using Indigo Payroll software will be given preference).
- Knowledge of Maltese payroll compliance laws and regulations.
- Experience in a similar role for at least one to two years.
- An A level standard of education preferably in Accounting or Business Studies. Candidates holding a diploma in payroll compliance will also be considered.
- Excellent communication skills, exceptional attention to detail and a good command of English.
