About the job:

  • Responsible for recording and reporting of data related to the sale of goods in compliance with company policies and procedures and other reporting requirements
  • Handle retail-related and Concession processes (invoicing, investigating differences, clearing of transitory accounts billing discrepancies, collaboration with Stakeholders, etc.)
  • Create various accounting documents (credit notes, invoices) in compliance with company policies and accounting standards
  • Preparing various financial and sales reports (ad-hoc)
  • Support store managers in solving tender discrepancies and with trainings for store staff
  • Support other team members with country-specific tasks (e.g. e-invoicing)
  • Act as point of contact for Swarovski own stores , Concession stores and internal stakeholders

 

 

About you

We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:

  • Bachelor degree, preferably in Finance or Accounting
  • 1-2 years of professional experience in a similar role within an international setting
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent English and Spanish proficiency, presentation, and communication skills
  • Knowledge of SAP would be an asset
  • Understanding of accounting principles, fair credit practices and collection regulations
  • Ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records paired with Excel proficiency
  • Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers
  • Team orientation, and ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization
  • Innovative and creative approach whenever possible and can-do attitude
