AML Advisory

• Provide expert advisory support on AML and Combating Terrorist Financing (CTF) related queries and issues to business units.
• Continuously identify and implement improvements in AML processes and documentation.
• Lead the coordination of process changes resulting from regulatory and policy updates.
• Deliver coaching and training to team members and business units on AML/CFT matters.
• Oversee Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) reviews, providing authorized concurrence on high-risk, PEP reassessment, waiver, and other critical cases.
• Review and update policies and process manuals related to AML/CFT procedures across various business and non-business divisions.
• Prepare and present reporting materials for AML Compliance Committee (AMLCC) and manage ad-hoc projects.
• Lead the Bank's Institutional Risk Assessment and prepare comprehensive assessment reports.
• Conduct and review Product Money Laundering (ML) risk assessments.

• Degree holder.
• At least 5 years of control-related experience in AML and KYC within a sizable financial institution and/or regulatory bodies.
• CAMLP/ACAMS or relevant qualification.
• Extensive knowledge of banking operations, products, and services.
• Self-motivated, independent, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
• Detail-oriented, compliance and control-focused, diligent, and proactive.
