We are working with our Client to recruit for a Finance Manager on a permanent basis. This role is ideal for anyone who would like the opportunity to take on more responsibility and grow within a company.

Description
As a Finance Manager you will have a series of roles and responsibilities to adhere to including:
- Monthly bank, debtors and creditors reconciliations
- Oversee the invoice processing and facilitation of payments under CIS
- Ensure that all company financial practices are in line with statutory financial regulations and legislation
- Manage payroll administration such as holidays, absence and PAYE
- Motivate staff with a creative and supportive nature
- To deputise for the Financial Director in their absence, and attend necessary meetings when required
- Preparation of monthly management accounts
- Prepare and post monthly journals
- Preparation of monthly and quarterly VAT
Profile
In order to be successful within this role you will need the following skills and attributes:
- Experience within a financial management or management accounts role
- A good knowledge of cost principles and practices
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Good technical accounting skills and Excel proficiency
- Build and maintain strong working relationships
- Good problem solver
