The FCT (Financial Control & Transformation) team, is a trusted servicer provider and advisor, and acts as the “hub” for FS in terms of system/ledger controls, and the provision of core finance processes to the Group. The team is focused on data alignment via robust, best practice data processes, reconciliations and controls.
The Financial Control & Transformation (FCT) team comprises:
- Divestments and Remediation Finance,
- Finance Transformation,
- Strategic Support,
- Financial Control, and,
- Financial Reconciliations
Key duties will include:
- Performing daily reconciliations of suspense and control accounts.
- Work with BU Finance to identify the root cause and to minimise exceptions and aging thereof.
- Automation of reconciliations in Accurate and onboarding reconciliations to Financial Control.
- Manage finance reconciliation controls including Financial Controller and business operations reporting.
- Development/migration of the Groups reconciliations onto Accurate and provide Level 1 support for existing reconciliations.
- Oversight and review of reconciliations in line with Group Reconciliation Policy.
- Ensure an appropriate segregation of duties and strong control environment is maintained.
- Closely partnering with stakeholders to provide excellent service.

- Process improvement mindset/able to use productivity tools and techniques
- Problem solving and analytical skills with attention to detail
- Financial control including reconciliation, analysis, investigation and reporting
- Excellent communication skills with stakeholders
