Strategy Manager Financial Services Team, Strategy and Transactions

The opportunity:
You’ll be a part of a very dynamic team focused on the following types of projects:
- Corporate and growth strategy – providing in-depth market, competitor and customer insights and leveraging financial and operational perspectives to implement strategic plans,
- Transaction strategy and execution – projects across the whole deal lifecycle (e.g. Commercial Due Diligence, Value Creation Plan, Post Merger Integration),
- Turnaround and restructuring strategy – projects focused on solving business issues in critical and complex situations to reshape for a better future.
Regionally and locally, our focus is on the Financial Services clients, including:
- Banks,
- Insurance,
- Payments,
- Asset management,
- Fintechs, neo-banks,
- Financial intermediation,
- Leasing, factoring, non-bank lenders,
- Portfolio transactions,
Your key responsibilities:
- leading projects for Financial Services clients,
- leading business development,
- developing and mentoring junior team members.
Your background:
- experience in Financial Services markets strong track record in strategy consulting – 5-7 years within a Strategy or Big 4 consultancy or blue chip industry organization,
- experience in managerial role
- fluency in Polish and English
- strong experience in leadership, managing complex business projects and team play attitude,
- strong internal and external business development acumen,
- strong creativity, innovation, problem solving skills,
