Abbott Core Diagnostics Division, Abbott GmbH is looking for a Manager Financial Planning & Analysis DACH (m/f/d) Based in Wiesbaden.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Planning, Reporting and Analysis consolidation process for Region DACH countries.
  • Lead Financial IBP and LBE process for Region DACH.
  • Review and analysis of monthly financial results for Region DACH countries.
  • Acquisition support - Provide and supervise financial support for new deal evaluation and ensure application of Divisional profitability guidelines for Region DACH
  • Customer Experience support - Provide and supervise financial support for renewal evaluation and ensure application of Divisional profitability guidelines for Region DACH
  • Service organization support - provide and supervise financial support for Region DACH.
  • Provide support with customer negotiations as required (tender / renewals / compliance).
  • Establish and maintain strong customer compliance tools and controls.
  • Support implementation and monitor Economic Profit and Value Expansion programs in Region DACH
  • Ensure professional support for cross Division shared service responsibilities.
  • Maintain and further develop a system of controls, implementing/monitoring Abbott policies and procedures.
  • Talent development - Responsible for training, development and ongoing coaching where appropriate of Finance staff.
  • Maintain and further develop Finance/Business Support structures within Region DACH.

Your Profile:

  • Degree in Business or Finance. Master (or equivalent) degree in business or finance desirable
  • Minimum of 5+ years track record in Commercial Finance function
  • Ability to build strong relationships at every level of the organization and to work in a matrix structure
  • Be accepted as a partner, show assertiveness and the ability to work under pressure, overcomes barriers within own organization, peer organization and virtual organization
  • High result and process orientation
  • Strong organizational and management skills
  • Ability to meet stringent deadlines and respond to requests on short notice
  • Experience in leading teams preferred
  • Decision making skills
  • Flexibility and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communications skills both verbal and written
  • Customer oriented mindset
  • Advanced MS Office knowledge
  • Good SAP knowledge
  • Fluent in German and English, further local languages are of advantage
  • Strong team player
