This role requires strong financial oversight, governance, and collaboration with programme managers, senior leadership, and Central Finance to support informed decision-making.
The Finance Business Partner will be responsibilities for
- Financial Management: overseeing programme budgets, address variances, and maintain financial discipline across all workstreams.
- Investment Cases: Developing and presenting detailed investment cases aligned with business objectives.
- Benefits Realisation: Tracking and measuring financial and non-financial benefits, providing regular updates to leadership.
- Governance: Ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining strong governance, and aligning with central finance policies.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Acting as the liaison between the transformation programme and Central Finance, ensuring alignment and transparency.
- 7+ years experience in finance, with experience in large-scale transformation programmes.
- Expertise in financial planning, budget management, and investment case development.
- Strong financial modelling, governance, and leadership skills.
- Advanced Excel and ERP systems experience preferred.
