Skyline Optical Trading Sdn Bhd is seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Finance Manager to oversee our financial operations. The ideal candidate will manage financial reporting, budgeting, compliance, and the Initial Public Offering (IPO) process while ensuring accurate and timely financial processes.
Key Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting:
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.

Budgeting and Forecasting:
- Develop and manage the company's annual budget.
- Conduct financial forecasting and scenario analysis to support strategic decision-making.

Accounts Payable and Receivable:
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes to ensure timely payments and collections.
- Manage cash flow to maintain the company’s financial health.

Audit and Compliance:
- Coordinate and manage external audits to ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
- Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard the company’s assets.

Initial Public Offering (IPO):
- Manage the IPO process, including financial disclosures, documentation, and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with external advisors (including investment banks and legal counsel) to ensure the successful completion of the IPO.

Bank Liaison:
- Communicate with banks to negotiate and secure loans required for operations and expansion.
- Manage banking relationships to facilitate cash flow and support financial operations.

Team Leadership:
- Supervise and mentor the accounts team, providing guidance and support for their professional development.
- Foster a collaborative and positive work environment.

Financial Strategy:
- Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize performance and drive growth.
- Collaborate with other departments to align financial goals with overall business objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional accounting qualifications (ACCA, CPA, etc.) preferred.
- At least 5-7 years of experience in accounting or financial management.
- Proficient in SQL accounting software and MS Excel.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Fluency in English, Malay, and Chinese is preferred.
