Major Duties:
- Uses existing procedures to solve standard problems; analyzes information and standard practices to make judgments
- Has limited impact on own work team
- Works within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines
- Ensures that all duties are completed accurately within internal, market and SLA deadlines and timeframes, assisting and guiding other Partners as required.
- Manages multiple client queries and issues, ensuring their timely resolution.
- Communicates and coordinates via verbal and written modes, across various partners and external parties to research and resolve exceptions and queries.
- Attends internal and external meetings with Clients and Counterparties where required, taking a lead on behalf of team.
- Ensures that procedures are followed and updated regularly, assisting and guiding other Partners as required.
- Ensures that controls are adhered to and evidenced daily, assisting and guiding other Partners as required.
- Contributes to requirements gathering, testing and implementation phases of any change projects in which the team is a stakeholder
- Provides support and builds relationships with business partners and brokers/counterparties and clients.
- Assists in maintaining the general ledger accounting and financial reporting for client accounts completing necessary reconciliation tasks
- Carries out complex activities with significant financial, client, and/or internal business impact
- Is technically sound in area of expertise and has good operational knowledge of other areas
- Delivers a work product that does not require revision
Knowledge:
- Requires conceptual knowledge of theories, practices and procedures within a job discipline
- Applies general knowledge of business developed through education or past experience
- Exchanges straightforward information, asks questions and checks for understanding
- Proven ability to work effectively within strict deadlines
- Ability to process large and variable volumes accurately whilst consistently meeting external and internal deadlines
- Thorough knowledge of the Derivatives market, complex products and operating conventions, including product lifecycles
- Experience using Derivative market platforms and utilities
- Ability to identify and pursue improvement opportunities
- Demonstrates a drive for accuracy, to work systematically to meet and maintain standards and adhere to established procedure.
- Takes initiative to accomplish tasks and make decisions according to risk, priorities and deadlines.
- Focuses on Client needs (internal and external) and works proactively to create mutually beneficial long-term solutions and relationships
- Appreciates and seeks to leverage different perspectives and opinions, creating an inclusive environment.

- Excellent MS Excel/Word skills
Experience:
- Accountable for own contributions
- Experience in Accounting and/or Finance and a College or University degree in Business preferred, although other disciplines considered along with some 4+ years relevant work experience is required.
