Finance Analyst

Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Analyst with 2-3 years of experience to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our financial operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance in all financial reporting and transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and reports.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
• Inventory management, monitoring & valuation.
• Conduct regular reconciliations of bank accounts and financial records.
• Support budget preparation and monitoring activities.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
• Provide financial analysis to support decision-making processes.
• Collaborate with team members on financial projects and initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Or pursuing a professional qualification in  accounting, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting.
• Proficiency in financial software and MS Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
