The person will be responsible for defining and delivering the strategic roadmap for a new Data Warehouse, including data modeling, implementation, advanced data analytics systems and data warehouse input management across global platforms. This person will lead the Scope, Design and Build of the central Data Warehouse, working with senior management, IT and multiple business stakeholders to drive the optimum data solution. Responsibilities -Lead the data management solution through deep experience in Information management, data warehousing and analytics technologies to provide tactical and strategic direction in the areas of business intelligence analytics, data mining and visualization and assessment of data quality and consistency across platforms, Health related products and geographical areas. -Develop a detailed knowledge of the underlying data and become the subject matter expert on content, current and potential future uses of data, and the quality and interrelationship between core elements of the data repository and data products. -Consult with stakeholders across the wider business to design and implement programs, databases, software components and analyses that will support data quality and an in depth understanding of potential uses of the data in support of achieving goals of the Data Warehouse. -Owns the business responsibility for determining the information the enterprise will capture, retain and exploit. -Data Architect will perform a key management and thought leadership role in the areas of advanced data techniques, including data modelling, data access, data integration, data visualization, text mining, data discovery, statistical methods, database design and implementation. -Define and deliver the strategy roadmap for the Data Warehouse, including data modelling, implementation, advanced data analytics systems and data warehouse input management across the various platforms. -Setting the vision, gathering requirements, gaining business consensus, performing vendor / product evaluations, mentoring business and development resources, deliver solutions, training and documentation related to Data management. -Develop specific metrics for quality and consistency reviews of incoming data across businesses, platforms and geographic areas. Experience Required -This individual will possess a combination of business knowledge, technical skills, and people skills to define and guide data strategy. -Demonstrated ability to work with stakeholders across the business to understand the business requirements and business processes, design data warehouse schema and define ETL/ELT Processes -lead through experience in and understanding of a wide variety of analytical processes (governance, measurement, information security, etc.). -Highly customer-focused -Strong Project organization, problem solving and prioritization skills. -Excellent interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and influence at all levels. -Excellent logical and analytical skills. -Must be a self-starter and able to multi task. -Ability to work independently and as part of a team. -Strong technical skills This is a unique and once-in-a-lifetime experience to disrupt the Insurance sector.
