Reporting to the Branch Manager, your main focus of this position is to manage all facets of the office, providing support to the Managers to ensure efficient operations of all branches.Duties will include but are not limited to:Managing debtors to company targets & guidelinesAccounts payable, banking, and petty cash controlMaintaining wages and personnel records.Managing expenditureAssisting with completion of budgetsMonitoring budgets identifying variancesManaging maintenance and security of the branchesMaintaining and ensuring compliance of quality assuranceWHS AdminMonitor the application of company policiesPerform all work in a safe manner, which ensures your health and safety and that of all other employeesMaintain a good working relationship with customers, peers and other departmentsIdentification of continuous improvement within your area of responsibility Your ability to prioritise and complete multiple tasks simultaneously will be well regarded in this busy and challenging position.The successful applicant will need to be enthusiastic, an excellent communicator and focused on providing customer satisfaction.
