About The Role
Based in our Hobart store, you will work as a part of a team and take responsibility for:
liaising with members on a face to face basis to undertake a customer focused, needs analysis discussion to identify products and solutions to meet member needs
identifying cues for cross-sell and up-sell opportunities
provide high level customer service in regards to members general enquiries, claims and transactions
taking ownership and accountability for each customer interaction to ensure continued customer satisfaction
This is a part time position working 25 hours per week, including some Saturdays
About You
With a proactive approach, you will be passionate about sales and customer service, with a drive to succeed and over achieve. With a needs based, genuine approach, you will quickly build trust with customers to open up discovery conversations. You will also demonstrate:
previous experience in a customer centric, sales focused role
the ability to work towards and achieve revenue focused KPIs
experience in effectively dealing with customers, including handling objections and complaints
excellent communication skills with an emphasis on listening, negotiating and influencing and the ability to value add
