WE'RE RECRUITING OCCUPATIONAL REHABILITATION ROLES FOR CLIENT BUSINESSES IN DARWIN, AT VARIOUS LEVELS OF SENIORITY: You'll be joining a multidisciplinary team in a supportive, collegiate environment. These are high performing national organisations with significant career development opportunities and excellent profiles in Darwin.
ABOUT THE JOBS: Senior and managing consultant level roles are available. You will focus on providing injury management services to assist your clients to a safe and fulfilling return to work following injury. You'll case-manage this process. The range of services you provide will depend on your experience level. You will use your professional knowledge to also provide relevant Injury prevention and injury management services, conducting assessments and delivering training e.g. functional capacity, vocational assessment, ergonomics, ADL, worksite safety, and manual handling.
ABOUT YOU: You're an appropriately registered Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Exercise Physiologist, Rehabilitation Counsellor, Psychologist, Social Worker or Registered Nurse, with solid industry experience, and you're ready for your next challenge. Your strong communication and time management skills will be key to success, and you thrive in a fast-paced environment. Whilst previous experience within a workplace rehabilitation environment is expected, if you're an experienced clinician looking for a change of focus (and not FIFO or weekend work) and have an interest in injury management, we would love to discuss upcoming opportunities with you.
THE BENEFITS: You'll be rewarded very well, with an excellent package available alongside generous (and realistic) bonus schemes, and other employee benefits including relocation assistance, salary packaging, discounted health insurance, and professional development allowances. You'll also benefit from the training and career opportunities you'd expect from leading national occupational rehabilitation providers with a history of success, and a commitment to training and retaining their people.
TO FIND OUT MORE: Call Pete Wildman today on 0421 378406 or apply today. We have a decade's experience of recruiting within the rehabilitation sector, we're very approachable, and we can guide you through options relevant to your existing experience and career goals.
