Reporting Analyst

Currently, we are scaling one of our core infrastructure teams - Finance. Therefore, we are looking for a Reporting Analyst.

A bit more about the Finance team: This team works behind the scenes of every successful unicorn. We handle all financial matters "turnkey" for businesses of any complexity and manage relationships with stakeholders from different countries to elevate their payment processes to a new level.

Examples of challenges in this role:

— Preparation of management reports for the Payroll section;
— Development and implementation of new processes to improve speed and efficiency;
— Involvement in ERP implementation in accounting and reporting processes, as well as the deployment of analytical dashboards;
— Communication with internal departments (treasury, reporting, taxes, legal) to ensure the necessary infrastructure for the uninterrupted growth of portfolio companies.

What’s important to us:

— Experience (1-3 years) in top-tier auditing firms or international corporations with dynamic business environments;
— Advanced proficiency in MS Office (experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus)
— ACCA or CIMA certification is preferred;
— Strong attention to details, problem-solving skills, and a results-oriented approach;
— Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team;
— Availability to work in our Kyiv office.

Besides businesses, we also run the SKELAR Foundation, a charitable initiative from our venture builder’s employees to support the Ukrainian Armed Forces. Through this initiative, we create and finance large projects that help bring victory closer.
