Job Description

Our Vialto Partners Global Mobility Tax and Immigration team helps employers make the most of their biggest asset, their people, by aligning People, Tax and Mobility strategies with business performance. Our Irish Global Mobility Tax and Immigration team has over 70 professionals who provide expert advice and solutions to global organisations in areas including global mobility, immigration, social security and employment tax

As a Vialto Partners Global Mobility Tax Associate, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution

Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:

  • Working on a challenging, evolving and varied client portfolio, with excellent opportunities to develop and progress.
  • Embracing the digital transformation being undertaken in our business and being motivated to drive further innovation in our day-to-day business and that of our clients. 
  • Digital innovation is a key part of our Global Mobility business and we challenge ourselves to embrace and leverage technology in how we provide solutions and advice to clients.
  • Supporting client teams in the ongoing management of client relationships and fulfillment of ongoing tasks, including business development and participating in various consultancy projects.
  • Working collaboratively with teams, reporting to experienced managers, senior managers, directors and partners.
  • Development of your own career. 
  • With sustained levels of growth in our Global Mobility practice, you will have an excellent opportunity to progress, specialise and travel as part of the role.

Qualifications

  • Final year graduate or postgraduate university students on track to achieve a 2.1 minimum OR
  • At least 1-2 years experience in Tax consulting
  • AITI/CTA part/qualified (or an ambition to become qualified) with a strong academic record.
  • Business Acumen - use a broad range of tools and techniques to extract insights from current trends in the market and utilise this information to assist your clients in making innovative business decisions.
  • Relationship management - ability to read situations and modify behaviour to build quality, diverse relationships.
  • Creativity - demonstrate an ability to contribute new ideas and propose innovative solutions to problems.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Enthusiastic team player with a passion to learn, share your unique perspective and make a difference.
  • Ambitious – demonstrate strong commitment to own personal learning and development.

Additional Information

This Graduate Intake programme position will be a hybrid full-time position, starting in September of 2024.
