Responsibilities

  • Assist with internal engagement initiatives for Impact@KPMG under the People, Planet, Prosperity & Governance pillars
  • Assist with tasks under Career Development & Culture team including KPMG Education Trust Fund, Talent Mobility etc
  • Design and produce visuals using graphic design tools
  • Support & coordinate photo/video shoot for branding purposes
  • Assist with social media postings – Instagram, Facebook & LinkedIn
  • Assist with write ups and other media related preparation for the team
  • Active involvement in People projects initiated by any of the PPC teams from time to time
  • Perform other general administrative duties in relation to event and program coordination

Requirements

  • Availability of 6 months and above
  • Undergraduates who have completed their first two (2) years’ of Degree course in one of these fields, with preferably a CGPA of 3.2 or Second Upper - Accounting/ Finance/ Economics/ Business or related disciplines
  • Excellent academic credentials, leadership qualities and a good track record in extra curricular activities
  • Knowledge in basic design skills- Canva, Premiere Pro, Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop or any other design tools
  • Able to manage a variety of tasks and meet deadlines
  • Initiative, good interpersonal, analytical and communication skills as well as the ability to work in a team
  • Strong oral and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
