Responsibilities
- Assist with internal engagement initiatives for Impact@KPMG under the People, Planet, Prosperity & Governance pillars
- Assist with tasks under Career Development & Culture team including KPMG Education Trust Fund, Talent Mobility etc
- Design and produce visuals using graphic design tools
- Support & coordinate photo/video shoot for branding purposes
- Assist with social media postings – Instagram, Facebook & LinkedIn
- Assist with write ups and other media related preparation for the team
- Active involvement in People projects initiated by any of the PPC teams from time to time
- Perform other general administrative duties in relation to event and program coordination
Requirements
- Availability of 6 months and above
- Undergraduates who have completed their first two (2) years’ of Degree course in one of these fields, with preferably a CGPA of 3.2 or Second Upper - Accounting/ Finance/ Economics/ Business or related disciplines
- Excellent academic credentials, leadership qualities and a good track record in extra curricular activities
- Knowledge in basic design skills- Canva, Premiere Pro, Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop or any other design tools
- Able to manage a variety of tasks and meet deadlines
- Initiative, good interpersonal, analytical and communication skills as well as the ability to work in a team
- Strong oral and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
