Our client is one of the most established Pharmaceutical companies in Malaysia; they are looking for a Finance Director. You will be working hand in hand with the VP of Finance as well as the General Manager. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities to improve financial and operating efficiency. As well as oversee accounting functions including A/P, journal entries, bank reconciliations, general ledger reconciliation, and account analysis. Also, ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements for operations in Malaysia.
To qualify, individuals must possess:
- Experience in Manufacturing sector
- No. of years: 10+ years
- Area of work: Supervisory/leadership role in manufacturing industry
- Good analytical abilities, Demonstrated ability to analyze business performance and identify performance trend, Exposure to SAP/expertise on excel
- Behavioural/Managerial skills:
- Strong communication skills
- Working with multi-disciplinary teams
- Experience of handling overseas customers
- Good Interpersonal skills
