International Tax Manager - Dublin, Ireland

Your key responsibilities
In your new role, you will provide international tax advice to multinational clients, working on complex cross-border transactions and mergers. You will assist clients in developing effective international tax strategies and stay updated with international tax developments. You'll manage a portfolio of International Tax Advisory clients, including PLCs, US-headquartered MNCs, and private groups.
You'll also lead project management for Irish and cross-border initiatives, research and resolve technical queries from clients, liaise with Revenue authorities and foreign tax agencies, participate in deals alongside Corporate Finance and Transaction Services colleagues, and manage a team of approximately five employees, including Seniors & Trainees.

Requirements

• Over 5 years of international tax experience gained in an accounting or legal firm.
• Qualified, with membership in the Irish Taxation Institute being an advantage.
• Prior or current experience in Ireland is highly preferred.
• Solid technical proficiency in Irish tax laws with a strong enthusiasm for international tax projects and advancements.
