The role sits within the Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) Tax team, the largest specialist transactions tax team in PwCs global network. What your days will look like:
- Lead teams to deliver bespoke, commercially focused tax advice in a fast-paced and evolving international deals market
- Responsibility for establishing and maintaining relationships as a trusted advisor; leading client engagements and work across our Deals business to lead multi-disciplinary solutions to clients
- Overall responsibility for ensuring successful delivery and management of projects, including financial performance
- Take an active role in contributing to the strategic vision of the Deals Tax Team - working to capture opportunities for growth and diversification.
- You have extensive experience, successfully leading teams on M&A transactions including due diligence, structuring & tax modelling.
- You have a strong understanding of indirect and transfer taxes, management taxes and international tax principles
- You have a substantive, proven track record of building internal and external relationships and networks, both within the UK and overseas.
- You have a proven ability to win client engagements and develop new business relationships with clients.
