Key Responsibilities
- Communication with clients / follow up on overdue invoices
- Review customer accounts
- Debt collection monitoring
- Dispute management
- Following defined policies and procedures
- Participation in continuous process improvement
- Accurately and timely perform all activities, according to the guidelines received from Manager
Key Requirements
- In the course of studies preferably in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business Administration
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel)
- Very good command of English language (both verbal and written)
- Very good communication skills
