Currently, we have an exciting opportunity for a Finance Planning & Analysis Analyst in the R&D External Project Expenditures (EPE) Team in Poznań. The EPE team support the R&D organization and provide subject matter expertise in the area of Clinical Project Expense and clinical study support by preparing budgets, forecasts, and maintaining all accounting and other key financial forecasting processes. The EPE team has played a significant part in financial planning & forecasting support for delivering breakthrough therapies that have improved life of patients across the world. We support wide R&D portfolio from HIV medicines through vaccines to oncology treatments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support to Pharma R&D organization and provide subject matter expertise in the area of Clinical Project Expense and clinical study support by preparing budgets, forecasts, and maintaining all accounting and other key financial forecasting processes.
- Support a variety of study and project managers, helping them to create and maintain an appropriate clinical budget and forecast, as well as ensuring that actuals are correctly accounted for
- Be an expert on the financial aspects of studies, answering questions from study managers, project managers, and finance directors
- Identify and drive continuous improvement to study support processes
- Manage financial processes to deliver transparent, assumption-driven analytical expertise to support effectively clinical spends
Basic Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting
- At least 2 years of experience in finance and planning
- Understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and accounting processes
- Excel skills
- Fluent English (minimum C1)
- Good problem-solving skills
- Strong consumer focus with ability to build relationships with stakeholders
