Key Responsibilities:

• Get understanding of the credit control process.
• Analyse the ageing of the trade receivables.
• Collect the outstanding cash, send reminders to clients and call them accordingly.
• To maximize the value of third party spend for the business.
• Assigned with procurement related projects and provide support to the procurement team.
• To undertake ad-hoc functions and related duties as and when required.

Key Requirements:

• Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• Internship period of 6 months is preferred but shorter internship placements can be considered
• Good command of English (written and spoken)
• Can read and speak in Mandarin language
• Comfortable with MS Office Suite (Excel and Outlook).
