We are looking for candidates based in United Kingdom or Bulgaria, as IPT (Insurance Premium Tax) team is working from those two locations!
Job Purpose
You will be responsible for the preparation and submission of IPT returns and any other ancillary returns as required. You will support colleagues in the provision of a high-quality client service, producing service deliverables for a portfolio of clients, including the preparation of data, and acting as the primary day-to-day contact for the provision of those services, to meet stakeholders’ and client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the completion and submission of IPT returns, and any other country specific reports
- Ensure that team deadlines are met in accordance with internal/external requirements
- Build a first-rate professional relationship with assigned clients acting as a principal point of contact
- Liaise with TMF offices, sub-contractors and tax authorities on technical issues
- Use specific software programs and maintain company databases as required
Key Requirements
- Preferably 1-2 years’ experience in a finance related role (Accounting, Payroll, Taxes or any related)
- Degree holder in finance, accountancy or business-related disciplines preferable
- Excellent written and communication skills, with strong ability to plan ahead and organize
- Analytical structured mind set with ability to follow and build upon existing processes and ensure data is maintained with accuracy and consistency
- Fluent in both written and spoken English and German (must have)
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word and MS Outlook is essential
