THE WORK

• Accounting operations in General Ledger area in accordance with US GAAP SOX controls
• Balance sheet accounts reconciliation process
• Review of select general ledger accounts for errors, omissions or inconsistencies
• Interpret and analyze of reports on a regular basis as outlined by management
• Preparation and posting of journal entries
• Assist in preparing and updating desktop procedures
• Support internal and external audit
• Recommendation and implementation of existing management functions

HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED

• Fluent English
• Minimum 1 year of experience in General Ledger area or professional qualification education
• Strong Excel skills
• Ability to work under pressure, manage tight reporting deadlines
• Analytical and communication skills
• Flexibility, especially in the period of month-end closing
• Shared service experience is a plus
• Oracle ERP system experience is a plus
