A successful and growing firm of chartered accountants based in Exeter is searching for a Senior Accountant / Aspiring Manager to join their team as a key addition in a mixed audit/accounts/tax and wider all around support role to the managerial/partner group with opportunity to progress within this successful firm.

Client Details

Based in Exeter this well established and successful firm acts for very wide ranging clients across varying industries and turnovers to include smaller sole traders, partnerships and limited companies, as well as larger corporate clients, up to around £20 million turnover, charities and other clients providing audit services. As a result of combined replacement need and ongoing, sustained positive growth the firm is looking to bring in the right additional Senior Accountant / Aspiring Manager to join their team as a key addition. The firm has a long serving, stable team offering a supportive and team focused culture and environment with study support on offer for those pursuing qualifications.

Description

Joining as Senior Accountant / Aspiring Manager based from the firms Exeter offices you will be responsible for the hands on delivery of audit (circa 40%) accounts, tax and wider services (60%) to clients across varied industries and turnover ranges. You will develop client relationships, taking on increasing client portfolio and management responsibility, working on wider advisory/business services and delivering wider project work as you develop and carve a career within this firm and there is opportunity to carve an influential key role within this firm with a genuine career and progression path on offer.

Profile

For this Senior Accountant / Aspiring Manager role you may be qualified/part qualified/finalist etc across any of AAT, ATT, ACA / ACCA, with a career background within audit/accounts/tax and all around, general accountancy practice service delivery to wide ranging clients across varying industry sectors and turnovers, developed within an accountancy practice firm environment. You will have developed your career to around the Senior levels and be looking for a challenging new career opportunity.

Job Offer
