About the role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Pricing Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing pricing strategies, collaborating with various departments to ensure competitive pricing structures, and providing data-driven insights to support business decisions.

Key responsibilities

  • Establish partnerships with key stakeholders such as but not limited to Sales, RD&A, Procurement, Strategic Pricing Managers to ensure an efficient and effective pricing process
  • Responsible for timely and quality Price setting/maintenance/support 
  • Provide pricing recommendations to sales groups with supporting analysis
  • Coordinate pricing process and provide price negotiations support
  • Manage price approval process
  • Monitor, protect and improve pricing margin
  • Manage customer agreements and incentives
  • Accurately interpret and properly implement Pricing Policies and Guidelines
  • Ensure Data maintenance and quality in all Pricing processes and systems
  • Participate in Pricing projects and process improvement initiatives
  • Transform data and lead conversations/presentations to various audiences
  • Ensure service levels on turnaround for quotes, invoicing and pricing discrepancies along with other relevant role KPI’s are performing to target
  • Support Customer service excellence on pricing/order issues
  • Manage and develop direct reports.

Qualifications and skills

  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in accounting/finance or related area
  • 3+ Years’ Experience within a commercial environment preferred 
  • Strong attention to detail is critical
  • Ability to think critically
  • Ability to effectively communicate and build relationships
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Proficiency working with ERP systems, business intelligence systems, CRM systems and Pricing systems

The typical hiring range for this role is $62,906 to $92,755 annually and is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, location, etc.  In addition to your pay, Kerry offers benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and retirement contribution (all benefits and incentives are subject to eligibility requirements.
