Job Title: Finance Business Partner - 12 month FTC
Location: Head Office, Leicestershire

Are you a detail-oriented, motivated professional with a passion for finance and team leadership? We're looking for a Branded Finance Business Partner to join our Finance Operations team on a 12 month fixed term contract, playing a pivotal role in supporting Next’s Retail, Online, and Total Platform Partner businesses.
As a Branded Finance Business Partner, you'll manage the day-to-day operations of a dynamic team, ensuring accuracy and efficiency while driving high-profile projects and fostering relationships with an ever-growing base of suppliers. You’ll lead both UK-based and outsourced teams, building a culture of excellence in supplier management, problem-solving, and service delivery.
November/December start
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and support UK and outsourced teams to deliver high-quality output.
- Act as the main liaison between Finance and key internal stakeholders.
- Oversee and prioritise team workloads, ensuring deadlines and priorities are met.
- Monitor daily and weekly payment runs and plan for upcoming payments.
- Perform ledger reconciliations, month-end accruals, and management information reviews.
- Lead team training, mentoring, and development to cultivate a service-oriented culture.
- Collaborate on system enhancements and project management, including testing and sign-off.
- Work with our Robotics team to deliver task automation and performance monitoring.
- Step into managerial responsibilities as required.
What We’re Looking For:
- CIMA/ACCA/ACA Qualified or Part-Qualified.
- Strong Excel skills and proficiency in handling large data sets (SQL/Power BI preferred).
- A detail-oriented professional with strong numerical and analytical abilities.
- Excellent communication, assertiveness, and influencing skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and work under pressure.
- Enthusiastic about change, with a flexible and proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Strong presentation skills, with the confidence to lead discussions and drive business improvements.
