THE WORK:
  • Identify and resolve issues in the existing e-commerce platform for major clients in Poland and abroad.
  • Submit project updates to clients and maintain communication with them.
  • Analyze existing business operations and processes, providing analytical support to the team.
  • Collaborate with experienced team members to gain knowledge and continuously improve your skills.


Flexible: The work location for this role may include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client or in an Accenture office - depending on specific project circumstances

HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
  • Active student status and availability min. 30h per week.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Polish (written and oral) and good interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of e-commerce/digital solutions or systems used in these areas (Magento, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, SAP Hybris Commerce).
  • Desire to develop in the field of e-commerce.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to manage tasks independently, proactively, and assertively, along with a commitment to teamwork and adaptability to new situations and deadlines.


BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:
  • Familiarity with web applications (e.g., MVC model) and SQL query writing.
  • Knowledge of business process design/improvement and IT requirement gathering/analysis methods.
  • Willingness to work afternoon hours, with flexible solutions available for full-time students.
