About the Role
Perks has an opportunity for an Accountant or experienced Graduate Accountant eager for career advancement to join our growing firm. This role provides an opportunity to join our Business Services team, committed to delivering exceptional accounting and business advisory services to our clients.
You will collaborate closely with our Managers within a results-driven and motivated team, and gain exposure to a diverse range of clients across industry sectors.

You will collaborate closely with our Managers within a results-driven and motivated team, and gain exposure to a diverse range of clients across industry sectors.
Responsibilities
- Prepare financial statements, interim accounts and income tax returns
- Prepare management reports, budgets, and forecasts
- Prepare ATO and state tax compliance reporting
- Supervise, support, and mentor junior team members to enable their growth and development
- Collaborate with teams across the firm to provide an integrated client service
Some of the skills, experience and attributes that you would bring to the role include:
- Completion of a relevant degree, ensuring eligibility for CA studies
- Experience in business advisory services
- Strong technical accounting skills and compliance knowledge
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, to engage with a wide range of clients from varied industries
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Team player, with a positive attitude and good work ethic
