Work you’ll do
- Work with SEA T&L leaders to develop, manage, drive, and track strategic initiatives, and providing project owners with necessary data/insights
- Assist in monthly review of financial results, including revenue, expenses and other key financial metrics, providing analysis and insights
- Prepare and design presentation slides with relevant data, insights, key metrics, trends and detailed figures for reporting purposes
- Support leaders in identifying and growing key client accounts, including initiatives to track success as well as to provide review/analysis of key client accounts within the SEA region
- Participate in cross-team and cross-function projects from ideation to strategy definition until implementation
- Understand and evaluate business operation processes and strategy initiatives, provide feedback and suggestions for improvement, and share best practices
- Interact with country and service line leaders, internal and external stakeholders on obtaining feedback and management of strategic initiatives and operational processes
- Provide support for urgent ad-hoc tasks
- Ensure proper documentation and housekeeping
- May be involved in organizing events, projects/conferences in line with the business needs
- Any other tasks that may be assigned by team leaders

Requirements
- Degree in Business Management/Accountancy/Commerce and/or related fields
- Detail-oriented and able to work with time-sensitive and confidential information
- At least 2-3 years in a business support/operations/strategy-implementation role in similar setting
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Intermediate-level proficiency in MS Excel, Power Point and data analytics tools
- Strong knowledge of business fundamentals and financial acumen
- Strategic thinker who is able to think on his/her feet to drive & deliver insights
- Self-starter who works well in a fast-paced team environment with pressuring goals
- A team player who works with various stakeholders to achieve a shared objective
