It’s not just any programme; we recognise that for talented minds to be challenged, you will be given meaningful work, autonomy, and real responsibilities from the off set, supported by a comprehensive and structured training plan, with a clear career pathway and tangible milestones to success. You will learn from some of the most talented experts in the industry, with tailored mentoring and coaching along the way, helping you to unlock your full potential.
Entry Criteria & Requirements
We accept applications from undergraduate or post-graduate students who have received or are on track to receive a minimum of a 2:1 grade.
Those who apply must also be willing to pursue further studies in a professional qualification that’s relevant to their chosen stream: ACCA. ACA, ICSA, or STEP.
Application Process & Timeline
The application process opens in August and begins with the completion of our application form that can be accessed on this page. Interviews will be held during the month of August, with placements on our programme starting in September. Submit your application today and our recruitment team will get in touch with you on next steps.
Streams & Rotation Structure
Our Graduate Accelerator Programme consists of two different streams:
Accounting – is an exciting environment to work in, with an ever-evolving landscape, a variety of different clients to service, and leading technologies to support you with your work. As a participant in this stream, you will be expected to pursue a professional accountancy qualification, usually either ACCA or ACA. You will be required to attempt two exams per sitting, and you may qualify for exemptions depending on what modules you undertook as part of your degree.
Administration - a key part of our business, with a variety of clients and interesting work to get involved in. An opportunity to make a real impact and contribute to some exciting projects. As a participant in this stream, you will be expected to pursue a professional governance qualification, namely ICSA. You will be required to attempt two exams per sitting, and you may qualify for exemptions depending on what modules you understood as part of your degree.
We understand that deciding what product or specialism to choose can be difficult with no prior experience, therefore our graduate programme offers a rotational experience across different departments in the business. Each of the rotations is specifically designed to enable you to build the skills that will accelerate your development and growth.
During your four rotations, you will become equipped with in-depth product knowledge, technical expertise, enhanced system capabilities, and strong soft skills such as business essentials, effective communication, project management, client service delivery, leadership, and so much more …
By the end of the two-year programme, you will have received a wide range of exposure across four different products: Real Estate, Corporate Services, Family Office, and Fund Services, enabling you to choose which is most aligned to your skills and interests. You will have created an extensive professional network and will have all the tools, knowledge and experience needed to continue climbing the ladder at Altum Group.
Why Join Our Programme?
By joining our Graduate programme, you will gain invaluable experience and get access to a comprehensive induction schedule, a dedicated mentor, tailored training and development, project work, and a clear and structured career plan giving you control over your future.
