What will your typical day look like?
As an Audit Experienced Associate, you play an integral role is designing and completing Audit solutions for a diverse range of clients, primarily in the Financial Services industry. You bring your external audit background to help lead and execute high quality audit engagements from start to finish and assist clients with complex accounting matters. You are involved in planning engagements, identifying solutions to business and financial risks, and developing and mentoring junior audit team members. You are a trusted advisor to our clients given the important of reliable financial information in today’s world. Continuous learning and development will be a part of this role as you gain exposure to different business environments and complex challenges.

You are someone with:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent post-secondary level of qualification
- An internationally recognized professional accounting qualification (CPA, CA, ACA, ACCA) in progress
- A minimum of 1 year of relevant audit experience in public practice firm
- Experience with a Big 4 professional services firm
- Experience in the financial services industry (Insurance or Asset Management)
- Exposure to US or Canadian GAAP, IFRS or ASPE
- PCAOB experience
