Description

• Leading a team in the Accounting & Finance department
• Supervising and ensuring the accuracy of accounting processes
• Assisting with the preparation of financial reports
• Providing financial advice to clients
• Working closely with other departments to achieve company goals
• Implementing and monitoring internal controls
• Continuously improving accounting practices and procedures
• Assisting with audits and financial analysis

Profile

A successful Accounts Senior should have:

• A degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field - At least 2 years post AAT qualification or working toward ACA
• Professional certification in accounting
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Proficiency in accounting software
• Ability to multitask and meet strict deadlines
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Knowledge of the professional services industry
