WHAT KIND OF PERSON WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• You have 5+ years of experience in auditing 
• You have excellent communication skills (written and oral) required to provide leadership and mentoring to staff
• Your technical knowledge of IFRS and Ukrainian Accounting Standards is good
• You have good experience in interoffice engagements and work with international clients
• You are motivated to meet client deadlines and provide distinguished client service
• Your Interpersonal and presentation skills are strong, and you are motivated by challenging assignments
• You have good autonomy and initiative skills.
• You have the willingness and ability to travel to client's locations
• Your organizational and planning abilities are perfect
• Good knowledge of English and fluency in Ukrainian. Another foreign language would be a + (e.g. German)
• ACCA member or final stage papers
• Ukrainian Auditor's Certificate would be a +

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide both leadership and supervision to staff and seniors in the execution of audit engagements
• Supervise multiple engagements including international referred audit work as well as due diligence or business process review
• Develop and maintain productive relationships with client management throughout the year. Carry out work to a high technical standard in a commercially beneficial manner
• Manage technical accounting issues and present alternatives and conclusions
• Assume performance management role: conduct timely performance reviews and provide staff with counseling and career guidance
• Involvement in training of staff
• Involvement in firm/department/practice development and marketing initiatives
• Reporting to a management team of international and local partners
