Job Description
We are a global business with very ambitious goals and have a fantastic opportunity to join our Internal Finance Function. The successful candidate will play an important part in the Asia Finance Function delivering an excellent service to both our clients and internal stakeholders in Singapore, Hong Kong, China and Japan as part of a rapidly growing Private Equity backed business.

Summary of Role
- Working with the Finance Team and responsible for the management of the financial accounting activities within the IQ EQ Asia Cluster ensuring month end deliverables completed in line with Group Finance Reporting timetable.
- The provision of proactive and insightful financial support to Asia Cluster’s Finance Manager and Head of Finance (“HOF”) to allow achievement of financial objectives, management of financial risks, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Assist with the Financial Accounting/GST reporting activities ensuring all deadlines are adhered to.
- Assist with the management of the statutory audit process and corporate tax computation/review.
- Assist with projects such as post -acquisition finance integration including migration of accounting and billing systems.
- The provision of support to the Billing Team as required and any other ad-hoc assignments as assigned.
Qualifications
- ACCA qualified or similar with at least 3 years of post-qualification experience.
- Excellent general communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills dealing with a wide variety of stakeholders.
- Valued attention to detail.
- Flexible approach to problem-solving.
- Experienced in both Microsoft Word and Excel.
