PRINCIPAL ACTIVITIES:
* Manage and execute when needed, all accounting operations including Billings, A/R, A/P, G/L , Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting and Revenue Recognition
* Responsible for overseeing and executing, when necessary, all aspects of Payroll
* Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances.
* Prepare and publish timely monthly Management Accounts
* Research technical accounting issues for compliance.
* Support and execute when needed month-end and year-end close processes.
* Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting.
* Manage and comply with local Government reporting requirements and tax filings.
* Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
* Manage a team of staff to ensure the timeliness and integrity of information generated.
* Responsible for implementing and monitoring company's policies and procedures relating to checks and balances on various cycles of work within the organization.
* Identifies internal control weaknesses, risk exposures and other unsatisfactory conditions such as lack of paperwork/supporting documents, lack of analysis of reports, expenditures, cost over runs, etc
* Any other duties to support the accounting and financial needs of the Company
