Description & Requirements

Who we are looking for

To be eligible to apply for the accelerated training you will need to disclose the following time availability/experience/qualifications:

• Legal eligibility & actual ability to commence working from Oct /Nov/Dec 2024 (upon successful completion of selection process)
• Show up in our Q22 Warsaw office on 9^th Sept & 20^th Sept for live events, (live presence is compulsory to avail for the training, please bring your ID’s),
• Availability to attend Academy online during the period of 10^th Sept 2024 till 19th Sept 2024 (weekdays mornings until late afternoon hours).
• Finished bachelors’ degree or 4^th / 5^th year of masters’ degree in STEM/ Economics / Banking / Finance
• Have solid understanding of English terminology related to investment banking/ financial markets.
• Internship in a Financial institution would also be a strong asset.

The ideal applicant will also have:

• working experience in banking operations or Middle office,
• good understanding of the differing functions and teams that support a bank,
• present good level of stakeholder engagement and the ability to communicate with, and function as part of a high-performing team.

What we offer

This is a unique opportunity to join an accelerated investment banking operations training course curated by Deloitte with the ability (on successful completion) to work with one of our Tier-1 investment banking clients on an initial 12 to 18 months placement.

While this will be initially on a contract basis, a number of opportunities will exist to convert to permanent role following a successful completion.

Timeframes: Training academy will start on 9^th Sept 2024 and will last for 2 weeks: Monday-Friday, approx.. 8 hours.

The initial two-week accelerated training will cover (not limited to) following topics:

• Capital Markets,
• Interest rates,
• FX,
• Investment Banking,
• Regulatory reporting,
• Financial platforms
• Derivatives.

• Stage 3 - welcome on board :) you will be invited and receive detailed agenda for both online and live meetings. (please remember to bring your ID’s for live meetings)
