What you will be responsible for
As a Complex Operations Vice President you will
- Responsible for the oversight of complex daily operations and processes
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with business partners and clients while cultivating a culture in relationship building
- Manage risk and control environment to ensure right policies, procedures and controls including SOPs are compliant and in adherence to the risk and control framework
- Encourage suggestions for, and implementation of, continuous improvements to core products and services
- Participate in and/or lead corporate wide committees and initiatives · Drive adoption and change of new technologies/processes
- Responsible for proactively identifying, resolving, and sharing operational and client issues to prevent recurrence
- Ensure self and team anticipates, monitors, actively manages and reports all risk and compliance issues, breaches, and suspicious activities
- Provide coaching and development opportunities to staff and responsible for completing and delivering performance reviews on time
- Perform other duties as required.

Education & Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance preferred
- 7-10 years of relevant industry experience required
- Strong personnel management skills and prior experience in a supervisory capacity with responsibility for coaching and development of direct reports

Salary Range:
$100,000 - $160,000 AnnualThe range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
